GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (E-COMMERCE)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are entered into by:

• Seller: JUNCO PARIS, a company with a share capital of €7,622, whose registered office is located at 10 rue de Poitou, 75003 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 434 770 764,
  (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller")

And

• Buyer: Any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the website www.juncoparis.com,
  (hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer")

All orders placed on the Site are subject to these Terms, which may be updated or modified. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time the order is placed. These Terms are governed by French law.

1. PURPOSE

These Terms govern the sale of products offered on JUNCO PARIS’s online store (www.juncoparis.com) to individual consumers (hereinafter referred to as "Clients"). They specify the conditions of ordering, payment, delivery, and return management.

By checking the box “I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale,” the Client acknowledges having read and accepted the Terms before placing an order.

JUNCO PARIS may update its Terms at any time. In case of changes, the version applicable is the one in force at the date the order is validated.

2. CLIENT

The Client must be a natural person of legal age and with legal capacity. First-time Clients must create an account and provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.

JUNCO PARIS reserves the right to cancel orders if the Buyer is not a consumer or if the order does not comply with its commercial policy.

3. PRODUCTS

Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings or browser differences, colors, textures, or sizes may appear slightly different. As the jewelry is handmade, a size variation of ±10% may occur.

Natural materials may show irregularities, which are not defects. Product visuals and descriptions are for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.

4. WARRANTY

All products benefit from the legal warranty provided by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

In case of non-conformity, the product may be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

5. ORDER

Orders must be placed with accurate and up-to-date personal information. Before confirming an order, the Client can review and correct it.

JUNCO PARIS reserves the right to refuse orders from Clients involved in a previous payment dispute or those not compliant with these Terms.

Once the order is validated, the Client will receive a confirmation email.

In the event of stock unavailability, JUNCO PARIS will notify the Client within 30 working days. If a material is out of stock, JUNCO PARIS may suggest a substitute. If the Client refuses, a refund will be issued.

6. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are in Euros (€), including all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility and are calculated and shown before finalizing the order.

JUNCO PARIS reserves the right to change prices at any time, except for confirmed orders.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

• Apple Pay

• PayPal

Payment is charged in full at the time of order confirmation. Orders will not be processed without successful payment authorization.

7. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within the timeframe stated on the Site, with a maximum of 30 working days from the date of order.

Delays beyond this period may lead to cancellation and a full refund. The Client is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.

In case of damage during delivery, the Client must immediately notify the courier (Colissimo, Chronopost).

JUNCO PARIS cannot be held liable for delays or damages caused by delivery companies.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Clients have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day they receive their order, with no need to justify the return. If the last day falls on a weekend or holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

The Client must notify JUNCO PARIS by email (juncoparishop@gmail.com) before returning items. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging and tags intact.

Return shipping and any applicable customs fees are the Client’s responsibility (unless the product is defective or incorrect).

Returns must be sent in a single shipment with a tracked delivery method (Colissimo or equivalent).

9. REFUND POLICY

If the return conditions are met, JUNCO PARIS will refund the amount paid within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the items.

Refunds are made to the same card or account used at checkout. If the payer and the recipient differ, the refund will go to the original payer.

10. LIABILITY

JUNCO PARIS is only bound by a best-efforts obligation in the online sales process. It cannot be held responsible for damages related to the use of the internet (e.g. data loss, hacking, viruses, etc.).

The Client is solely responsible for using the products properly. JUNCO PARIS shall not be liable in the event of accidents caused by misuse (e.g. swallowing, choking). Keep items out of reach of children and vulnerable persons.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Client acknowledges that all products, visuals, trademarks, and names used by JUNCO PARIS are its exclusive property.

The Client shall refrain from reproducing, imitating, or using any content or designs from JUNCO PARIS for commercial or other purposes.

12. REPAIRS & AFTER-SALES SERVICE

JUNCO PARIS offers repairs for its handmade jewelry. Clients must contact JUNCO PARIS beforehand to explain the issue and receive a quote.

Shipping the item for repair is the Client’s responsibility, while JUNCO PARIS covers the cost of returning the repaired item.

Repairs are accepted even for older collections no longer available on the website.

13. DATA PRIVACY

Personal data collected through the Site is subject to automated processing necessary for order handling.

In accordance with French Data Protection Law (Loi n°78-17), the Client has the right to access, modify, or oppose the processing of their personal data by contacting JUNCO PARIS via email or postal mail.

JUNCO PARIS does not share customer data with third parties.

14. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES

Sales made via www.juncoparis.com are subject to French law.

All disputes relating to the interpretation, performance, or termination of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
